Qt printing system wrapped in the KDEprint plugin

Having libkdeprint compiled on win32, I am looking for an implementation of Qt 
Printing API wrapped in the KDEprint plugin so I can return (fallback to) 
appropriate plugin on !UNIX systems in:

QString KMFactory::printSystem()

Is there such (much simplified) implementation in the wild?


PS: I guess Mac OS X port just depends on CUPS plugin?
