[Patch] lib suffix fix for KDE pkgconfig check

Hi,

the attached patch for the 3.5 admin dir fixes the KDE pkgconfig check for 
systems with a non-empty lib suffix. It's needed to compile digikam here.

Is this the correct solution? If yes, can someone please commit it?
