fixx11h.h is installed and it MUST be included right after including X11
headers, by every source or header file.
So, the same applies for fixwinh.h: if you #include <windows.h>, you MUST
#include <fixwinh.h> right afterwards.
Do not include it in headers that don't #include <windows.h> directly.
