We have one: we raise severity to "critical" so that they stand out.
The problem was this bug was marked RESOLVED and no one had noticed the
patch had been reverted until I talked to Aaron and went digging for the
code. It was only then that we found out that the patch had been
reverted.
Conclusion: when Michael reverted the patch he should have reopened the
showstopper bug because it was "un-fixed".
