[patch] reduce OpenEXR check duplication

This patch adds the OpenEXR check to the common acinclude.m4.in.

Can someone with more mojo that I please commit this?

 I'll then remove the three (different) copies that I know about - kdelibs, 
kdegraphics and kdebase. There may also be a copy in koffice somewhere - 
don't have a recent checkout yet, so not sure.
