kconfigXT brokeness

Thinking I would blow away my kde install and start from scratch I tried to 
build arts, but found arts no longer compile complaining about a missing 
version file

artsd.cc:38:25: artsversion.h: No such file or directory

but there is a version-new.h file.  I noticed a bunch of move's commited.  Is 
the cvs -> svn conversion happening right now?  Should I just go off and have 
a beer for a day and come back tomarrow and try again in svn?  If not what is 
the current time table for the svn conversion?
