Feature Plan

Just an idea here, but what if we had the Feature Plan automatically generated 
from bugs.kde.org?  Say search for wishes that have a Very High priority that 
are open/closed within the time period of the release?  Reuse a built in 
tracking capability that we already have and more then likely provide a 
better list. (also get developers to use priority more)

I honestly forget to put in things or update them and even when I do they are 
often just copies of stuff in bugs.  And I am probably not alone as our 
feature list is rarely complete or correct (has it ever been?) the current 
system that we have.
