KDE_NO_COMPAT

When getting kde to compile with nocompat enabled I ran across a small issue 
in two kdelibs headers.  Unfortunately after I apply the fix (see attachment) 
moc no longer works (as expected).  Would it be ok to commit these changes, 
but comment them out with a note to remember to fix it for KDE4 or?
