problems compiling kdelibs

Hi all,

I am trying to compile kdelibs on a new system (debian stable with kde 
instaler into /usr, while my new install will be in /usr/local/kde33). I am 
getting this after running congfigure:

checking for dcopidlng... compiled
checking for makekdewidgets... not found
configure: error: The important program makekdewidgets was not found!
Please check whether you installed KDE correctly.

Before I file this a s a bug, I would like to hear if this is a problem from 
my side. I am using the branch.
