Although I like KPlayer's interface more than KMPlayer's one, the 
problem with that (and I think with Kaffeine as well) is that they 
support only one backend (MPlayer or Xine). Sometimes you need to 
switch between the backends in order to play some strangely encoded 
files. ;-)
