[PATCH] XML validity of kcfg files

Hello, 

Benjamin Meyer's automatted tests revealed that several kcfg files 
in kdebase do not conform to the DTD.  Here's a patch (against HEAD) 
that rectifies this.  Ok to commit (if CVS lets me)?

PS:  

- There are other problems in the other CVS modules. Should I first post 
all the XML validity patches I create on the respective list or can 
I commit them directly? 

- Should they also be applied to the stable branch?  AFAIK in practice 
there's currently no problem with the invalid files.
