I think it would, since the point of this code is to circle the icon itself, 
not the whole tray. So, assuming the circle is of a reasonable size, the user 
should be able to locate it on their screen anyway.

Aside from that... if after seeing this picture of the system tray icon being 
circled in bight colors, along with a textual explanation of where the icon 
is and what it is doing, the user *still* cannot find the icon, then all hope 
is lost for the world and I am going to move to the woods and live with the 
bears.
