Request for feature removal: "Double-sized pixels" in icons

The original purpose of this feature was to explicitely avoid 
smoothscaling/Antialiasing to prevent that the double-sized pixmap-icon looks 
blurry and without much contrast.

Anyways, if you assume that most icons are shipped as SVGs these days and if 
you assume that scaled antialiased pixmap-icons look fine these days feel 
free to remove that feature. I don't care too much about it :-)
