'Move to Trash' menu item on the trash can

It's because the trash shown on kdesktop is a .desktop file (using the "Link" 
type). You don't really trash the trashcan but the link in this case.

Who knows... maybe you may want to remove the trash from the desktop. But I 
agree that it can lead to confusion.
