Disabled menu icons look very ugly

Its mail_generic icon from 
$KDEDIR/share/icons/crystalsvg/22x22/actions/mail_generic.png .

Btw if you put KAction in popupmenu, when disabled icon looks correctly 
disabled. So that might be gotcha.
