No problem; if so:
1. In case of e.g. Kexi app (and other using KMDI), we shouldn't use Close
stdaction for closing a 'project' but add own custom action.
2. I should move ifdef CTRL|Key_F4 for win32 to kdecore/kstdaccel.cpp
