Disabled menu icons look very ugly

Which was broken for me (the email source looks strange, too long lines in the 
attachment, maybe a KMail bug?).

KControl>Appearance>Symbols, switch to tab "Extended", choose "Small Symbols" 
and get happy ;) (original labels may differ)
