[PATCH] 'Close KMDI Child Window' action's shotcut

This action is in Window menu and is something different than 
KStdAction::Close (which mean "close current document").
As this is standard CTRL|Key_F4 shortcut on win32, I added ifdef for this, 
cannot find any good shortcut for !win32 though, so I left it empty.
