[PATCH] More missing $(all_libraries)

Also it seems to me that $(all_libraries) is a must even if --as-needed not
used:
On my system a KDE installation can be found on /usr (system rpms). I install
my own compiled version into /opt/kde3. The new kdebase/kdmlib missing the
$(all_libraries) option for the target libdmctl.la. Now the .la file has
references to KDE libraries in /usr/lib/, not in /opt/kde3/lib. Adding
libdmctl_la_LDFLAGS = $(all_libraries) to kdebase/kdmlib/Makefile.am fixes
the problem.

Bye,
György
