--as-needed and kio_http problems

ldd's output not affected by the --as-needed flag, since it lists all 
libraries involved in the dynamic linking process. However, objdump -p should 
show much less output.

About your problem: I think the BSD linker really have some weirdness, 
unfortunately I can't tell more.
