Quanta at least warns the user about all the missing runtime 
dependencies on start, explaining what is needed, why (what will not 
work) and where can the user get it.

The Cervisia compile-time dependency is there in the 3.3 BRANCH as well, 
but right now it's really a small dependency as only Update and Commit 
is supported.
