It is already optional, otherwise I wouldn't bring up this issue. The
situation is somewhat different from example Kommander executor which
is also theoretically optional, yet I wouldn't put in some other module
because it is used for important parts in Quanta. But KFileReplace
dependency would be similar to the Cervisia or Kompare dependency. If
it's there fine, it extends the functionality, if it's not some feature
will not be present, but the main features do not suffer.
And I don't think KFileReplace belongs to kdelibs. kdeaddons... I don't
know, kdeutils sounds better for me.
