KDE 4 Development book

Well, it may not cover some new technology, but it should not get outdated 
very quickly. If it does, it means we are doing something wrong in the way we 
develop KDE as a development platform.

I should be able to take a book written for KDE 4.0 and use it to develop for 
KDE 4.3.
