Auto-WONTFIX for old UNCONFIRMED wishlist items

I don't completely agree. So far, UNCONFIRMED and NEW were quite 
interchangeable, so the script should also check of stale NEW entries as 
well as those that are UNCONFIRMED.

Is it going to be periodic?
