Done. Hm, I missed something in the docs:

"Icon themes are stored globally in share/icons, or, application 
specific in share/apps/$appdir/icons."

So the icons subdir is a special one which holds themed application 
icons? Are they loaded by UserIcon or SmallIcon & friends? I suspect 
the latter, but it's not clear from the docs.
