Search "icons" subdir for UserIcon

Hi,

  I'd like to make a proposal: add $appdir/icons to the default search 
paths for UserIcon.
Right now pics and toolbar is the default. The latter looks a little 
strange for me
(yes, that is used also in Quanta, but this is because of historical 
reasons) and
I think many developers are tempted to install the icons under the 
"icons" directory.
The patch as I see would be a simple

   d->mpDirs->addResourceType("appicon", 
KStandardDirs::kde_default("data") +
                appname + "/icons/");

which goes to KIconLoader::init and KIconLoader::addAppDir (and of 
course the documentation should be updated).

What do you think?
