Oops, regarding this and the non-disappearing splash, forget the mail, I
was stupid. Still the mainwindow covers the splash.
The old splash widget had the "QWidget::WStyle_NoBorder |
QWidget::WStyle_Customize | WX11BypassWM" flags, but even with those
the KSplashScreen remains behind the mainwindow.
