I wanted to commit this, but I'm avoiding it because I don't want to
become the mountwatcher maintainer :)

Please take a look at http://ktown.kde.org/~charles/patches/

It integrates the not only this patch, but also adds support for real
hotplug devices. (In other words, it doesn't think that usb mass media is
a SCSI device).

Its problem however is that it depends on something that possibly only
SuSE does: putting '#HOTPLUG' at the end of a line in fstab.
