If there is something new added to kdelibs and somebody makes use of it 
in kdepim this is incompatible for all developers using a version of 
kdelibs which doesn't have this change. So all developers have to 
update kdelibs all the time. That was the case while developping KDE 
3.2 and it was bad. We spent a lot of time on following changes in 
kdelibs which could have been better spent on improving kdepim.
