[PATCH] allow kconfig_compiler generate code which works for a "final" compile

Hi,
	kconfig_compiler generates a variable called "staticDeleter" which is a 
problem when several files generated from kconfig_compiler are included in 
the same "final" build. I changed the kconfig_compiler.cpp code so that the 
basename of the file is prepended to the variable name.
