hi all...

from the "how long has this been sitting on my disk?" department, i got a
surprise when i clicked on the clock applet today which reminded me that i
should probably do something with the attached patches:

kdatepicker.diff: changes to kdatepicker to make the nav buttons stay centered
and good looking just like Zack manages to do. it even makes it lighter with
fewer members in the dptr

clockapplet_calendarwindowed.diff: allows the calendar window to have an
actual window border to make the dragging/resize possibilities more obvious
and to get rid of the non-standard close button. it also remembers the last
size of the calendar. all of this is configurable (of course) though not in
the GUI (of course)

review, comments?
