[Patch] Usage of URL's filename to detect hidden files

Well not really - the real file has to be hidden from fontconfig, and dot 
files are the unix way. Its just that to show to the user, the "(Disabled)" 
seems more friendly.

But, the original patch was to get KFileItem to look at the URL, surely that 
is a valid point?
