[Patch] Usage of URL's filename to detect hidden files

When a font is "disabled" - made inactive, but not deleted - I simply make it 
a hidden file. For the visible name I'm just using the font name and adding 
"(Disabled)" - e.g. "Times New Roman (Disabled)"
