[PATCH] enhancing kicker menu extensions

Attached is a first try.
Whether the current menu-buttons should use the modified marker or the new 
enhanced buttons can be discussed. I'd say the current menu buttons should 
get the different marker, so that they look different fromn the toolbar 
buttons.

Problem with this: the arrows are Qt-style arrows, my modified markers would 
be manually drawn and therefor not stylable AFAIK.
Are there similar Qt style primitives which could be used ?
A picture of the typical primitve in the Qt docs wouldn't be too bad...
