That's not quite much. If rumors are true that gcc 3.3 is twice as slow as gcc 
2.95, then my compile time would only drop from 18hrs to 12hrs which is still 
more than the 9hrs I currently achieve.

So compared against gcc 2.95 it will actually be slower even with precompiled 
headers? I think I'll never upgrade.
