KDEvibes: sounds and jingles for KDE

Woo-hoo, thanks so much for such suggestions.

Most of the things you said are known to me, and they were just a good proff 
that I'm on the right way.

This is the same as with fancy icon themes. One or two days and I'm back to 
crystal :-)

Guys, I'll work as hard as I can to give the KDE _THE_SOUND_IT_DESERVES_!!!
