Move KolourPaint into kdegraphics?

Another vote on KEdit. I guess it targets regular users who need a "simple" 
text editor. I think regular users don't need text editors, they need 
formatting - KWord. And KEdit and KWrite is almost identical.
Can't comment on the other two.
