two patches for kdelibs/kio/kio/connection.[h|cpp]

This fixes spurious core dumps on socket fd read(2)s which can raise 
EINTR, EAGAIN or EWOULDBLOCK when either O_NONBLOCK or O_NDELAY are 
explicitly set, or when O_NONBLOCK or O_NDELAY are set by default and 
have not been explicitly unset.
