The license policy does not say anything about the Python license, but if 
it is GPL compatible, then you can commit SIP it under the GPL.

Depending on how strict you understand the license policy, you could also 
argue that the GPL-compatible Python licence is in fact equal to a 
license combo Python+GPL, but I am not sure dual licensing is allowed 
according to the license policy.

I am cc'ing kde-policy so we can try to reach a consensus there.
