CVS will require Qt 3.3 starting on monday

There should be no impact on kdepim at all (with the exception of people 
checking designer 3.3 .ui files in). If it's running with kde 3.2, then 
Qt 3.2 or 3.3 is fine. If you run it on kde HEAD, you need Qt 3.3 to 
satisfy kde.

As long as kdepim holds the 3.2 rule, that must apply to Qt version also.
