[Patch] KDialogBase

Hi,

every time an application crashed the crash handler came up with a too 
small close button. This is caused by KDialogBase which uses the height 
of the first button as minimum height for the dialog's button widget. 
But the first button of the crash handler's dialog has no text and 
isn't visible. So a wrong height is used.

Can I commit?
