A way to change the icon in KAboutDialog

Hello all,

I wanted a way to set the icon in a KAboutDialog that was being used in 
a panel applet, since the default icon is the rather plain looking icon 
for the appletproxy application.

I noticed that there was no equivalent functionality to 
KAboutDialog->setImage for setting the icon, so I went ahead and made a 
patch that adds a setIcon function.

Comments?  Could I commit this?  (perhaps after adding @since 3.3, of 
course)
