How to make sure K3b does not start with wrong lib versions?

Hi,

I have the problem that the k3b libs of 0.10 are not binary compatible with 
the ones from 0.11. If they are mixed k3b crashes with an "Alarm Clock" 
instead of complaining about wrong lib versions. 
I know not much about this stuff so how do I need to change the Makefile.ams 
if the lib is not bin comp anymore?
