[patch] Add OpenEXR support to kde-common/admin/acinclude.m4.in

The attached patch adds autoconf support for OpenEXR libs. I need this for 
bug:58170.

I think it should go into kde-common since I have both a kimgio plugin (for 
kdelibs) and a kfile_plugin (for kdegraphics), both of which rely on the same 
libs/compile options.

If there are no problems with this (the pkg-config construction is a bit 
non-standard, but I wanted to make it as robust as I can), can someone with 
sufficient karma commit this please?
