[PATCH] move libnsplugin.la to kde_moduledir

Hi,

Here's another patch ( No, I'm not forgetting to attach it this time
:) ), that makes libnsplugin.la a proper module by making it link with
the -module, -avoid-version and $(KDE_PLUGIN) ldflags, and moving it
to kde_moduledir.  It's not linked to from anything AFAICT, except a
test app in kdebase/nsplugins/test.

Ok to commit + backport ?
