AFAIK, because it's not easy to register MIME types with IANA that 
aren't application/vnd.*

I think it is.  passwd isn't good when using NFS already (must use 
yppasswd). chfn I'm not sure it's standard.

mailman configuration. I think you can turn that off in your options 
page.
