Hi!

It took not less than 11 hours, but now even kde-i18n is branched.
The branch is of course still frozen and only show stopper commits
are supposed to go in. 

I'll continue as planed in taging KDE_3_2_0_RELEASE and preparing
3.1.95 tar balls. These will get some basic testing by the packagers and
hopefully by you and if everything goes fine, we send them out on 2nd.
