There is another problem, if you constraint the icons you add to have a strict
size (KIconButton::setStrictSize(true)) in the icon dialog, you will hardly
find a good icon (especially in the filesystem and devices categories). It
would be a good idea to remove it from KURLBarItemDialog::KURLBarItemDialog.
The existing icons in the url bar (desktop, home, devices, network) do not
have the native size anyway (SmallMedium).
