[PATCH] another Solaris compilation issue: arts

Hi,

compiling arts on Solaris fails as described in

	http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=72311

I've attached a patch to this report, but it would be great if some autoconf 
guru could have a look at this...
