constant fish:/ problems

I constantly get these errors when I try to use fish:/ from KFileDialog in 
HEAD:

kio (KPasswdServer): KPasswdServer::processRequest: auto retry!
kio (KIOJob): error 20 <hostname>

Does anyone know what is causing this?  I just get a progress bar that sits at 
0%, and no password prompt appears.
